2025 Online Registration 

New Players

New Players MUST attend a sign on day in person on either Sat 18 Jan, or Sat 1 Feb 10am-1pm at Lowood Recreational Complex, Lindemans Road Lowood.

This includes Little Eagles (Tiny Tots)

Existing Players

Existing players can register online through My Club Mate:-   https://qcsabvsc.myclubmate.com.au/mydetails/

 

For players that played last year, login with your (or your child’s) name and use the password – .(Valley2025) Confirm/update your details and submit. (DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD)

 

You will be asked to select an age group from the drop-down box. This will show you all the age groups you are eligible to play in. If you wish to play down an age you will need to complete the “Play With Requests” section and or select the Team Placement Preference from the drop down. PLEASE NOTE:

  • A minimum of $50 of your Registration fee must be paid to enable you to be placed into a team.

  • Teams will be allocated after sign on in February 2025. Incumbent players will be prioritised, and family requests will be considered.

  • 50% of fees need to be paid before season start and a payment plan can be set up for the remaining 50% if required. 

  • Senior players participating in refs shield prior to the season start are required to have a paid a minimum of $150 of their fees to play.

  • There is no requirement to purchase uniforms until the start of the season, however there will be the option to try on sizing at the club house during the sign on days.

  • New players will incur an extra $15 charge for a training shirt.

As a club we do accept FairPlay vouchers (Get Started Vouchers) that can cover up to $200 of registration fees for anyone under the age of 17.  To apply for a $200 FairPlay voucher or to determine if you are an eligible persons go to:

Payment can be done via bank transfer or EFTPOS.  EFTPOS payments will at the clubhouse on the club sign on days 18 Jan & 1 Feb.  Finalisation of registration fees will need to be completed by 4 April 2025.
