2024 Player Registration

New Players MUST attend Sign on in person on either Sat 13 Jan, Sat 20 Jan 10am-2pm or Wed 31 Jan 4pm-
6:30pm Lowood Recreational Complex, Lindemans Road Lowood. This includes Little Eagles (Tiny Tots)
 

PLEASE NOTE:

A minimum of 25% of your Registration fee must be paid to enable you to be placed

into a team. Teams will be allocated after sign on in February 2024

Existing players can register online through My Club Mate:-   https://qcsabvsc.myclubmate.com.au/mydetails/
For players that played last year, login with your (or your child’s) name and use the password – .(Valley2024)
Confirm/update your details and submit. (DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD)
You will be asked to select an age group from the drop-down box. This will show you all the age groups you are
eligible to play in. If you wish to play down an age you will need to complete the “Play With Requests” section and
or select the Team Placement Preference from the drop down. Alternative contact the club registrar at

Players at this stage are only registering in age groups.

Please ensure you read our terms and conditions carefully.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are also granting permission for BVSC to take photos and/or
videos for social media, our website, newspaper and /or promotional use. If you do not grant BVSC this
permission, you will need to contact the club directly and advise.
As a club we do accept FairPlay vouchers (Get Started Vouchers) that can cover up to $150 of registration fees.  To
apply for a $150 FairPlay voucher or to determine if you are an eligible persons go to:

Payment can be done via bank transfer or EFTPOS.    EFTPOS payments will at the clubhouse on the club sign on
days 13,20 or 31 January 2024.  Finalisation of registration fees will need to be completed by 6 April 2024. If you
