Volunteers
As a not for profit club, the success of the season relies on the support of our members and the community. If you can donate any of your time this season, no matter how small, please let your coach and manager know, or contact brisbanevalleysc@gmail.com
How you can volunteer
The more people put their hands up, the more rewarding it can be for everyone. If you want to have an impact on how the club is run please get in touch. Current volunteering roles needed
Coaching
The success of BVSC is attributed, in a large degree, to the coaches and managers who volunteer their time to coach and manage at all ages, Junior and Senior. We need volunteer parents to coach and manage teams, especially in the junior age gro.
You don't have to be a qualified coach to participate. You don't need any experience, just a desire to help the players enjoy the sport and develop their ability.
Manager
The Manager of a team typically handles the administrative side, namely:
-
Correspondence with the Club Secretary
-
Correspondence with and organisation of the team
-
Filling in match sheets and any other QCSA requirements
-
Corralling of volunteer parents to help with other duties (eg: set up and set down, Ground Official duties, canteen)
If you're new to the club, don't feel like you're not qualified for this job. There's lots of us on hand to assist and it's a great way to get to know your new 'team mates'.

If you want to help your team out in this capacity, or you've just got some questions get in touch with us by emailing.
Canteen
We are proud to have a canteen available to all players either playing for the club or travelling to play against us. This however requires volunteers to ensure the canteen is manned during both training and playing days.

If you would like to help out at the canteen even for just an hour or so, please let your team manager know.
Volunteer in other ways
If you would like to volunteer in another way, please reach out to the club!
